There was a 4WD magazine test around the 2012-2013 timeframe with 5 different SUVs. The Nissan Xterra received last place when the side airbags went off while on a basic trail. I had an Xterra at the time and it ended up being a lemon, thank god! After 6 months in a rental, Nissan finally took the Xterra and bought me the Tacoma as a replacement.

This cold snap has my garage fridge acting dumb and the freezer isn’t freezing.

Anyone had luck with a garage fridge heater kit? I need one for a whirpool side by side.

Is the condenser coil freezing up?
I'm not sure what you're referring to (garage fridge heater kit)
Most freezers have a defrost circuit which periodically melts any ice that's formed on the condenser coil. If this system goes bad, it will mess up the operation of the fridge/freezer whether it's in the house or garage.

Looking for a licensed electrician to replace 2 AFCI breakers. I'm selling my house and the 2 came up faulty in the inspection. I can do it my self but the buyers insisted they be replaced by a licensed electrician. I'm not happy about it but what can you do.

    Realtors suck.
If this is an inspection objection and you haven't hit your resolution deadline, there's time for negotiation.
You can tell them you're willing to do it yourself but not to hire it out.
Do you think it's the hill they want their offer to die on?

In this market, I'd tell them to pound sand. Sellers are getting 10 and 20% over asking price. Plenty of other buyers out there.

We have 3 other people behind this one and this was the only real objection. I might just fix it and tell them I tried it and it works now. Hahaha!

Fix it and move on to number 2. If number 1 wants to reconsider, let them.

As an agent we always write "licensed contractor" verbage into our inspection objections. Too much liability.

I do want to point out this is my first house sale so I'm a newbie and not sure how it all works. I appreciate all the feedback from you guys. This is what I'm thinking fix it and tell them it's fixed and if they don't like that move on to next in line.
