Every time i break something i end up having surgery. The doctors like to tell me that I do it right.

    Broke:
Collar bone, fiber wire in place to pull it back together
R Wrist, Pins and screws to hold the small bones Scafloid bones, spelling who knows
R pinky AKA boxers fracture, sheared my knuckle clean off and my finger was up in the middle of my hand. Pins to hold that in place and they were later removed.

Pulled both groin muscles while snowboarding back in VA, couldnt move my legs. Scary and painful.

The guys on the SL5x5 forums (training for strength) swear by raw milk. They drink like a gallon a day.

haha, never had a cast in my life. I never knew my ankles were broken until i sprained it really bad (soccer again) and went to the ER. I had 5 lines where it had broken and healed. I quit soccer when i wasnt good enough to start, so after the hip broke for the second time was when i retired from compettetive soccer.

Took me 4 months to learn how to walk again, and within 6 months i was running and rowing competitivly again. You really learn not to take things for granted when you make dinner, and have to put it in a backpack just to reach the couch to eat it

    Food sources, vitamins.

    I choose not to do 1-the bloating I feel, 2-extra sugar I don't want.

    RESTORAID
Sugar free...tastes like Kool-aid. Basically, it shuttles electrolytes via waxy-maize (sf) to ur muscle bellies to help minimize DOMS (the soreness u get pos workout)
