When our puppers started getting old and not able to move as well, we started giving them CBD oil. Seemed to really help the bigger one (85ish lb retriever/shepherd mix) that had arthritis in his hips. It helped aussie shepherd when he started getting arthritis too.

I'm mostly teasing, unless you want to go down the rabbit hole I wouldn't bother with bigger injectors. Without supporting intercooler, turbo, exhaust, transmission, tuning, etc you're not gaining much power, blowing a lot more smoke, and killing your reliability
