I have already made fun of all the people at my work with Tacomas that are not here.

The roads taking Rochelle this morning were mostly cleared. It's the neighborhoods and side streets that still haven't been plowed that are a layer of ice under 2 feet of snow. If I were not such a pansy I'd get on the roof and clear it too but heights are not my thing and I don't hear any creaking..... Neighbors with solar were pretty frustrated having to clear the panels but he is mostly done.

We had more snow than this in 2003 and it was just as wet. If your house was built before then, you roof will be ok.

Just helped a neighbor in a newee F150 get back in his driveway. His traction control wouldn't let him rock the thing. I suggest turning it off, and he asked if he should engage the locker too...
Damn thing drove just fine after that.

    What haven’t I changed?
Just got back from taking my wife to work. Neighbor asked if I actually needed to go out or if I just went out to play, so I told him first one, then the other.

a lady on crutches from AZ with summer tires just sunk her Jetta on the street in front of my house.

I live at the bottom of a steep hill and even 4x4s have been getting stuck. Roommate and I had to dig her car out and drive it out of the neighborhood for her. Apparently this was her first time driving in snow :homer:

Dodge circled the block then parked in his driveway after digging the street for a ways...neighbor with a bob cat went through clearing the intersections blocked by the plows wall of ice. We shall see what the situation is around 530 when I go pick Rochelle up.

Bars open. Main Streets are not bad. Neighborhood streets are a war zone.
