The sad thing is, it all looks ‘cheap’ from here. Avg in SD is 825k for a single family now (~1300’ in a meh area). It looks like things there are 1-200k cheaper for 2x the sq ft and an actual yard.

I’m fine to have some kind of commute. Any reason I shouldn’t be looking on the west side of town?

We do not need or have room for a Wulf pack. One is plenty.

Ahhh, didn't know you were looking to buy..... rent or buy though, just the closer to the Rockies/ I70 the higher prices get because everyone wants to be close to the mountains.

Good point. Sorry I missed wings this week, our pup has been having some issues this week. Heading to a cardio Dr tomorrow to hopefully fix it.

if you don't want to add an hour onto getting to the mountains than Lakewood/ Golden are right on the doorstep. But you should still expect bumper to bumper coming and going.

Google Maps doesn't show the busted VW bus struggling to hold 35mph on the way up into the mountains, or the semi crawling in low gear because its brakes are boiling but the driver doesn't want to pull over on the way back down from the mountains.

Trying to kind of plan out a Northern New Mexico/Southern Colorado trip for the first/second week of July. Any of you guys have recommendations on things worth seeing and doing? Hikes, off road trails, tourist attractions, etc? Will be me, the wife, our 20 month old, and dog. So anything that we can all do.

I thought the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad was pretty cool a long time ago but I like old shit.

Looking for ideas to mount a switch pro controller in the interior of my 2015. Don’t care for the expedition essentials sunglass holder mount too much. Any thoughts? TIA + PFACF0EC86F-F773-4ED8-9F79-B2E5D931868D.jpg

    All show. No go.
My wife and I visited the Great Sand Dune Nat. Park last month during the runoff. Good times. Lathrop State Park is great too. Have fun out there.
