I like having dark windows for the privacy. But it can be a PITA at night if I'm trying to find an address or a parking space.....

Exactly. I had limo on my Typhoon and swore I would never do it again. That thing was impossible to see out of at night.

Yah! That was really cool! We did run a lil bit, at least enough to watch your buddy ride the bucking bronco on that rocky section! :D

If you're going to go with 20%, you might as well go with 27% and be legal.

    Just my advice.

I know when i get around to tint im going to do 5% all around, 20% at the windshield and the three back pieces of glass. I would do 5% on the rear but i physically turn and look out the back alot when backing up so i want to be able to see through it at night. I had a truck with 5% all around and it was HELL at night.

On another note, This month i will be rounding up money from selling some of my other stuff laying around and im going to try to swing some Sliders from Addicted.

I was considering doing the HD ones but i just looked at there site and they have some new pictures up of there sliders, Looks like im gearing up to save up 220 bucks for some sweet sliders!

    Do you weld?

I spoke with Scott a week or so ago about the sliders but I cannot weld. So he was going to charge me an additional $200 to weld them on my truck. I was hoping to find someone local who knows how to weld, knows about sliders, etc... and pay them less than $200 to do it for/with me (no homo).

My bro might do it. He wouldn't charge that much. I'll just have to ask him. He is a great welder, but he has never put on sliders before. I'll ask him. We're up here in fort Collins though so you may have to drive up.

I have The normal sliders from addicted not the HD ones and they are nice. I had them on my 92. And my buddy has them on his second gen. A good product at a good price.

Wish I could help you out, but I'm in the wrong state.

Let me know if you have any questions on the best way to stick 'em on

I appreciate that. I'm not a hard core wheeler... just do some moderate to semi-tough trails.

But I am stock so I need sliders. (see my passenger side rocker panel for proof).

My Tacoma is 95% daily driver, 5% wheeler, so I would like the sliders to be tucked in high and tight for daily practicality while also providing protection to the body.

So I think I need someone who knows about sliders and is a great welder.

I am definitely interested in using a local TW member for sure.. and driving up to Fort Funzo is no big deal.

    Thanks I really appreciate that.

    Awesome. I appreciate it.

Unfortunately due to fundage, it might be a while before I can actually purchase the sliders so I wouldn't need Chris/Slapps services for a bit.

But I'm already sold on his services, if he's up for it. And I'd rather pay him, a TW member, than some random guy.

    Thank you.
