    Have you run both?

Have the AT2s on my 2nd Gen and they've been great so far.

I do, hardest part is getting the long bolt out. You kinda gotta bend some seems to get it out. Otherwise super straightforward. About 2 hours max imo

Same as any other UCA. Depends on experience/familiarity with the process. Giant channel locks and/or a big fine hammer are about the only "specialty" tools needed.

Aye, I gave it a quick go over the weekend and removing the bolt was the stopping point. Hammer and seem bending it is then. Cheers.

And that they bought new rims for the "low" truck. I know there are plenty of reasons to upgrade rims, but they didn't name any of them. If staying cheap is the main goal. why not use the stock rims?

(EDIT: They probably wanted wider rims for the 285 width tires... but 255/85/r16 would have avoided that problem)

Also no mention of the rub that I assume most people will get flexing on 285/70/r17.

Also no mention of gearing considerations when running 100lbs 33" wheels.

At the end of the day... it's an entertainment channel, and they're clearly not 4x4 guys (see: the conversation about airing down), and their sponsorships are probably influencing the parts they use.

Youll have to bend that inner fender out of the way with the channel locks and then bend it back with the bfh. A super long screwdriver or 3/8 extension work pretty well for getting the bolt out.

What are the differences, pros, cons to using a vented propane heater vs a similar diesel heater? Both forced air.
I feel the current cost per gallon of fuel is the same for the btu output.
    Diesel is almost universally available.
Propane is, well, propane. Can be purchased at any convenience store in the lower 48 as a refill or a trade in.
But are there any differences in the way they operate at high altitude or very low temps?

My brother had the coolest Scout back in high school. Would love to have it now but was not aware of what we had at the time. Youth.

I miss mine. The only vehicle I've ever sold that made me question the decision as I watched it drive away.

I'd think diesel still has gel issues at low temps (e.g. high altitute). Propane generally burns cleaner.

Colorado does switch to winter blend around mid October.
I have had, and still have a diesel truck living at 7000' elevation, since 1992, seeing as cold as -40*f, and never had gelling problems.
