Look at these freeloaders who can't swing a hammer, caulk, or paint. Shameful

I thought everybody was coming over at lunch to help clean?

Don’t worry, there’s plenty left. But come on already.

Woah, you don't ask good boys to do work. Their already working by being good boys. (Assuming they are males). I'll be bringing the pup over to the new pad today. First time he'll ever have a yard! This is it, it's what we've been striving towards for his entire life, to give him a yard.

full 4x8' sheet is what I'm after. I'll even go crazy if you have one of those weirdo marine 5x8's (feet, not inches)

Unless way more trucks are having this issue than I realize, I feel like I should be tracking down a problem and not going for the next upgrade.

    .
It's hot out. My Tundra hit 210 yesterday just cruising back from Longmont.
Best thing to do imo is remove the damn ocd inducing Ultragauge/Scangauge and rely on the temp needle that seems to stay pretty consistent

I would tend to agree with you, but last time it nearly hit the red on the dummy gauge when I turned the heat on.

Check to see if the fan is actually doing it's job. Then go to a bigger or at least newer radiator. Add an extra transmission cooler at the same time.
I wouldn't bother flushing them, never really had much luck with that and they are cheap enough to replace anyway.

I’ve got an OEM radiator with about 40k on it I’d you want to “not upgrade” @Squeaky Penguin . Was replaced with a CSF thick boo for an FJ.

Hit the radiator with a pressure washer yet? Could just have dirty/clogged fins

It's a little different but my first gen was hitting 210-220 on the regular the summer I was in Houston.

It's worth investigating what caused the issue... In my case I think my water pump wasn't doing it's job. I blew a HG/cracked the head a couple weeks after I got back to CO. Replaced the whole engine with a fresher one and haven't seen temps over 205 since :notsure:

Just ordered a fan clutch after comparing it to another and realizing it spins more freely. We'll see if that fixes it.
