Triumph is interesting. Someone released a concept a few weeks ago that looks like a bag of flaming dog shit... and I actually like Triumph street bikes.

Carmichael putting his name on the line with this power(less?) move.

    .... "Street Scrbamler" lolz

Looks like a regurgitated steel frame Euro bike to me. Curious to see if Triumph uses their own fork or goes with air like the rest.

Re-igniting the tint discussion, any recommendations on shops in Denver/Thornton? All I've seen are recs on where NOT to go

FWIW best tint I have had was 3M ceramic installed by Ryan at Alta Mere near park meadows. It was perfect

I had a good experience at Precision Auto Works in Broomfield. I had the front windows in my 2017 tinted in Dec 2017 to match the factory tinted rear windows. Looked great when they finished with it, and I've had no issues with the tint since then.

Does that ceramic really cut down on heat gain?

Yes, I found it made a huge difference on my Yaris with a tiny AC system and black interior.

That concept looks like someone photoshoped some ohlins and a triumph logo on a KTM.

And you can get all the Euro bikes with open chamber spring forks. That's what mine has.

I took before/after temps on the dash of the Ford before I did ceramic all the way around. I was looking for my notes but I can't find them. At 80 deg and sunny the temp on the dash dropped from 125 to 110ish, which is a decent improvement. It definitely helps get a start on cooling the cab down with AC and keeps old bert from burning up in the back seat on sunny days.

The nice thing about quality ceramic is the UV heat rejection is not tied to the darkness of the film, you can get 70-80 pct films which are nearly clear but still have heat rejection if you don't want dark tint

Just chill'n here. Four days in (total left knee replacement). Off prescription pain pills. Puts me closer to a cold adult beverage!
