i hate the fact that my girlfriend lives in Denver and i dont. Dread everytime i drive into the city

 

I actively avoid Denver and love the fact that my life rarely requires me to be subjected to the place.

Same here.

I took some damage in my personal life while living there, which certainly didn’t help, but it never lived up to the idea of the place that I had in my mind, regardless.

Living up this way has been pretty amazing, though.

 

This is the gist of what I saw this weekend, unfortunately. Homelessness isn't even discreet down there now. Tents all along the sidewalks, most of which are partially hanging out in the street once you get east of Coors Field down 22nd or Parkway. Graffiti as far as the eye can see. My wife and I were pretty speechless driving through. I was just in Minneapolis last month and the inner city is similar there.

 

Where to get windshield replaced? Safelite said $550. Sounds steep

It’s running. Just driving it for now until I get spare time to finish it. Roof rack, sliders, Jack mount, and text rack. Just a bunch of small things. I’m busy with house renovations that are a priority so it will be a while before I can get back on the truck.

 

Kind of quiet in here. Someone should stir up some controversial shit.
