    Tell them that he did 2 last year for $300+tax see if he will work with you on the price I know he was going to charge me alittle more till i told him the price that he did eric's for LOL

    Yeap got to haggle. BDM did mine for $300 out the door reroute and new muffler from cat back. Noah you might as well just get a new muffler and get rid of that tank of an OEM muffler anyways. I total package might be cheaper cause they can just cut everything off and start fresh. Just do it! :D

    I am sure some it is based on the amount of work they have. If a shop is swamped they are not worried about losing work but if they are slow then they might reduce charges to keep people coming in the door. If you just want a reroute then BDM should do it for like $150. Then just cut your tail pipe (unless you have a TRD tip you want to keep) just past the rear hump over the axle at a point where it aims down like this:

    It was from BDM. It is a private label brand from the company that puts out Magnaflow mufflers. It's a 40 series. And yes it will make your truck louder and rumble a bit. But mine is still quieter then Bob's. :D
