When everything beats the off road rating, on their own site, makes you think.

I would look at some other brands. Personally I've had some really good success currently with Toyo AT3 and WildPeaks before. Last month I hit the Million Dollar Highway at 2am with a fresh coat of snow and ice underneath and had no issues taking it slow. Snow plow in front for part of the section basically revealed a mirror underneath for half of the pass. Definitely on a skinnier tire than a 11.5 though which helps.

    Local chicken wing PSA.
Finally had the wings at Pitchers last night. I waited way too long to enjoy these succulent yet crispy poultry delights. I give them a solid 9.5/10.
Jim's Wings, which seem to be quite popular, imo, suck. 3/10
Music City Hot Chicken, can't even give them a 1/10.

thanks for the suggestions @Wulf, @TMFF, and @Voltron4x4. Perseverance paid off. After Big O, Pep Boys, Discount, and a mom and pop shop said no, I finally got Coloradoland Tire to say, "yeah, sure, we'll give it a shot" I went with the KM3s which should be in next Thursday, appointment scheduled for next Saturday. :bananadance:

Anyone looking to make the jump to some bigger tires...keep your eyes on the trading post after next weekend for my old beginner 35s.

Solid rating. When @johntoyota was in town i'd stop off there once in a blue moon to listen to his wisdom while enjoying the wings.

Funny that that's the alternative they gave, because I've been waiting for a set of 35x11.50 trail graps for the last 2+ months while they're on a national backorder. :annoyed:

I agree and noticed a huge improvement from the ATII with slushy/packed/powder snow crap that our roads get. The ATIII is 3Peak ATIII rated and they are quieter than the ATII.

For wintertime driving, I only use four dedicated winter tires from early November to mid-April, Toyo Observe GSi5.

I have 285/75/17s, they are enough for me right now.
Looking at getting some 4.88s come April/May. Just trying to decide on the front locker.
I'm excited to see the truck dialed in x2 with the crawl box, should work well.

options are slim for sure, I really wanted Toyo AT3s for the Ford but they were backordered indefinitely and a set of Les Schwab Open Range AT fell into my lap. Happy so far but I haven't wheeled it.

I miss the snow/rain traction of the Michelins though lol

Huge shout out to the guys over at Mountain Yotas for hooking me up with 4.88s and an air locker. These guys were awesome to deal with and they stand behind their work.
Thank you again for the recommendation @eurowner 0D49DDFB-6C28-4335-828A-FDAAE43BE418.jpg 37354458-809F-4199-A68C-124B044AA7E3.jpg8EF1DDB9-FDAF-4FFC-BD00-E1B72CACD7D0.jpg

That's good to hear. Slick, wet/snowy conditions have been the only letdown with the ATIIs.

    Stuff and junk and things...
The ATIII's are just as slippery for me. But It's mostly when a little damp and the boost builds it just spins through 3rd gear. In 4x4 it isn't bad, but not as good at the Toyo MT's, I had to try hard to get those to break loose.

So I stayed home Tuesday night.
Bored and with the internet as my entertainment....
I may have bought another train set. :anonymous: Sober too.
Would have been cheaper to go to the bar.
    It'll be here sometime tomorrow.
