Arbitration hearing is mid October. Does that answer your question?

Maybe when I wear sufficiently through the 245/75r16 I just bought less than a year ago. I have no complaints with them, just the compulsion to keep changing things...

A round steak with mashed potatoes and brown gravy sounds really tasty for some reason.

got a quote for 5k for the driveway, concrete is $9.00 a square foot, which is very reasonable.
They also quoted the option to concrete the area where little red resides under the plum trees, but I think we'll just do the basic driveway.

I like my 32s. Although I went with 275 70 17. They are big enough to get through the tougher rated trails and they do well at speed on the curvy roads to/from the trails.

Awesome! The views are pretty impressive.

I’ve only ran it from the Alma side, but I’m sure it’s great from the other direction too.

Such an amazing trail @jubei. Now I need to plan another one before the passes start closing

Check out this spider my wife captured in the basement. Biggest one I’ve ever seen in the house!

I let him go by the roses. Let him feast on any aphids that happen to drop by.
