Not sure what to tell the ins company, they called and left a message about repairing the camper.
That being said no way in hell I was gonna let anyone but me fix it.
Bumper has 0 damage, some scuffs on the receiver , lol, and the trailer plug receptacle was bent, but not broken.
Since I am a commercial door company, should I just hit them up for 4 hours labor, which was all it took, watching glue dry.
I guess worse they can say is tough tiddy, you did it yourself.
Actually stoked it didn't cause any major damage other than delaying my date.
    Pain and suffering maybe?

I'd probably send them the invoice and leave out the part that it's your business unless they already know that lol

Good call, except the addresses are the same...
I'll just broach it, not trying to scam.
But if there is a shot a a check, I'll exploit it.

It's a little late but usually they appraise the damage and cut you a check to pay someone for the repairs

I had a U-Haul coupler fail and take out my tailgate. Their insurance quoted a new tailgate + paint match wrote me a check for it. I found a used factory one the same color and fixed it myself

I'll prolly call them, and not give any information that is not asked for, but just see what they have to offer. Prolly toss around things like "vintage" "company long since out of business" , etc.

    Correct! You got me.
    Just got back from:
    DCB4BE0D-9005-4528-9B6F-B42DE00B1B9A.jpg
    in Amsterdam.
Excellent food and the service was entertaining including our waiter with the sashay in his step who told me Bintang is “Indonesian Heineken”. It sure tasted like a Heineken.

Anyone have recommendations on a gun shop around the front range that can mill a handgun slide for an optic? I found a few places online/out of state but would rather support local.

    Cheers.
