hahha! I recently replacement mine too! Picked up a none tint windshield off a TW member and just plastic dip it black. Lets see how it hold this winter!

 

kept the old one and was going to make my own mesh window too

 

Anyone know what the latest is on frame recall?

Found a hole and pretty bad delamination where it kicks up at the rear of the cab. Stapp Toyota said pound sand, warranty is up. So sounds like I have to fix it myself

 

@Red Baron has some decent sized holes too.

 

yea the warranty is over but it was if they could fit a 10mm in it they would replace. Gonna plasma out the cancer and plate with 1/4" over that whole area

yea... I'm glad we found it but not at the same time

 

I just got told by the dealer and corporate that I'm not eligible for any repair assistance. Even tho I had the frame inspected and coated in 2016. I'll probably be cutting out and replacing sections as well it sounds like. IDK what engineer at Dana thought that was the best way to put a frame together, but what a shame

Yea i got a few spots like that along the rear as well but make sure you check both spots by the cats
