It seems that your complaint is the lack of enforcement, not the laws… cue @bot102 to comment about that.

You don't need enforcement if you have compliance. What is next?

Next is that I leave the chat because this is turning into politics and I want to keep my streak of only being banned once so far… :anonymous:

tell a kid to drill out spot welds to separate body pieces, next thing you know he's making 1" diameter holes because it was "easier" :annoyed:

We can't even tow cars any more for no insurance or street racing. Give them a ticket and send them on their way. The highest fee you can get for registration being out of date is 3 months expired. Which is $79 with surcharge. People just take and pay the ticket, cheaper than registering their $80k sports car every year, even if they get multiple tickets.

Had a guy a few weeks back who had been advised his license was revoked 19 times in 1.5 years. All I could do was give him his 20th ticket/advisement.

People call in an complain to us that we aren't doing anything about all the expired tags etc, when we are, just only to the extend of what the DMV/Law allows us

I'm going to punish by making him grind down the welds himself.

I thought 95% of welding was grinding.

just like 95% of working in a restaurant is cleaning. Or something like that.

    Airbag, no, never deployed.
Clockspring, maybe, I didn't inform him of the dangers of spinning the wheel, so it's most likely fubar.
