Unless it's different with earlier trucks, intermittent wiper functionality is all in the controls. Swap in an intermittent control stalk, you've got intermittent wipers. Worked in my '98.

Just sprayed a gallon and a half of Roundup on the problem weed areas of my front lawn. My upwind neighbors have weeds growing proliferously on theirs and I suspect the wind has been spreading the seeds.
If this doesn't kill the fuckin things, next is gasoline, which is actually cheaper by the gallon and a bit quicker.

The 95-97 trucks are fucked up and the wiper and headlight switches are part of the clock spring :homer:

    upload_2023-4-28_12-49-49.jpg

For 98+ you are correct. The switch is separate and easily changed. You can also swap in the intermittent stalk from other Toyota car models to gain the function

i like the paint idea. Especially for the front where it just needs to look good. The back will still be real grass.

some of the turf they have now is so realistic you'd never know. Doesn't cause cancer too when you roll around on it. It's an idea but not till it comes down in price. Cant afford it right now.

I've dabbled with some homebrew mix of vinegar, blue Dawn dish soap, and salt. The dish soap is supposed to help the mix stick to the leaves. It seems effective at killing off new growth, but you might need to reapply a few times until the roots die off.

Also be careful as you spray it, it's easy to overspray onto other plants you might want to keep.

Sounds like a good day for you, though I'd rather be mountain biking there right now.

Probably the whipped cream. That was popular mixed with OJ. Tasted like a Creamsicle
