I'm having alot of trouble conveying to an employee that their approach to management isn't working and the young-gun attitude needs to be toned down a bit...

So. Much. Road. Construction.
Once again, days are shorter, students are back, traffic is fucked, there is a looming storm and some dickhead decided now is the time to shut down major streets and re-route through residential area's loaded with speed bumps, 4 way stops and moms with strollers.
Wouldn't have been so bad, taking 20 minutes of detours to get to the job, if they had actually been open.
But no, they open at 10. I was there at 9.

 

It takes me an hour to get from Severance to Pville every morning right now. Even the detours have detours

So I put it back in the fridge.
