Moved my Xbox from the basement living room into the office over the weekend because we had family in town. First time connecting it to a computer monitor (on my desk) and not the TV / playing from afar. Holy fawk I have been missing out on FPS advantage.

I haven't shopped monitors in a few years. My oldest kid games a bunch. They've been using a decent for the time monitor. I'm anticipating the new monitor under the tree to give them a better experience.

Just with car mods, gaming hardware is a slippery slope. Making one mod without upgrading something else won't let you take full advantage.

At some point I'm going to be too old to care as the kid will be in a position to execute their own mods. I'll be glad for that day, as the tech isn't all that interesting to me anymore.

New mw3 is somewhat nostalgic of the good ol COD days. It still sucks tho. I try to find enjoyment (pure rage) when I play once every two weeks with my .14 K/D

 

Meanwhile I'm here with my Nintendo switch playing Zelda still.... Hoping for a Mario game for christmas before the new Nintendo console is released
