I have a fiberglass tonneau sitting in my yard. A good bit of weight but I don't like how much it compromises the usability of the bed. I've listed it for sale a few times and nobody else seems to want it either.

I just picked up a new stall mat from Tractor Supply. A 3/4" 4x6 mat weighs nearly 100lbs. Even after trimming to fit between the wheel wells, you're still looking at an easy 80+lbs of low, evenly-distributed weight without sacrificing bed space. Not bad. I'm tempted to buy a second, but 1.5" of mat might get annoying.

Between that and my three tubes of sand the truck rides pretty nice, too.

Yeah, the fiberglass to say I had was quite annoying. Really reduced the capabilities of having a truck - even if I was just hauling around a stack and bass guitar around.

From DHL no less. It sat on the dock for a week, Christmas rush, overworked package handlers, let's see how this turns out.

Interesting fact, C.A. glue on your fingertips renders a mouse pad inoperable.

It's going back if it comes to that, I paid quite a bit extra to get it here in one piece.

Fuckin thing showed up in one piece, undamaged.
Which sucked, cause I ordered two pieces. Bet the other one is still on the dock.
Fired off a nice email to China requesting that the matter be looked into.
Let's see how that works out.

China has the best toys for the prices. Our woke asses can no longer compete.
Vendor has already responded. They oversold, which is a very American thing to do.
Their sister company is sending me a replacement, just gonna take a few weeks to get here.
Tbh, the package that arrived, was the biggie. It was the one I was worried about damage and it arrived unscathed , packed in two inches of solid foam on all sides.
