Dam, you top my DFW fun coming home last week. Only thing your missing is DIA shutting down the concourse trams and bus/ hoofing it back to the "main terminal", but you have time for all that!

I stopped measuring how much I’ve eaten by mere plates and bowls.

I’m into Hour 6.

 

Or, we could do something sane, like plant clover or something else that doesn’t need to be mowed every couple of days. But then people will be crying about losing their jobs even though they don’t want to be out in the sun mowing giant fields anyway.

 

Do you like pulling weeds every couple of days instead?

I have gravel and mulch. The only grass to mow is the little strip out front between the street and sidewalk. If I owned the place that would also be gravel and no irrigation. F that noise, America’s largest irrigated worthless crop that we inherited from wanting to imitate European royalty lawns.

I water the garden and pull any weeds there because that’s a productive use of resources.

 

dogs destroy whatever I plant but clover seems to thrive being trampled, pissed on, and neglected so I'm gonna keep seeding it lol

 

Clover has it's place, I just don't think entire lawns makes sense is all. I'd rather people just used native grasses and let them grow instead of manicured kentucky blue.

I like my grass, and i like taking care of it.

It sucks
But most people just do whatever they want, my love for my home state is dwindling.

 

If anyone has used an electric push mower, you know how terrible they are so if they push this agenda at a consumer level, it will be a shame.

 

My kids no longer live here, so that would be inoperable.
