That is two more couches and some drywall than mine has hauled... LOL I promise after the holidays to hit the build hard and heavy, I want that damn RTT to move under its own power when I set up camp next time...

I have tried convincing my wife that she needs a higher paying job so I can stay home and work on projects, she keeps telling me no, pretty rude if you ask me :anonymous:

Haha I feel like if you plan a trip and then set that as your goal to finish your trailer, then it makes it easier to get done! My other window should be here today and I might try to put it in today or tomorrow. Gotta go buy a battery and then gonna try to start running electrical inside

I am going to use Windy Nation for my actuators, my setup I will need 4 of them with a 20" stroke. The ones from windy have a 225 load for each actuator, which is MORE than enough to lift my tent, awning, and frame! Best part is the price from Windy Nation. *Edit* Forgot to mention they have a IP65 rating for outdoor use

I considered two higher capacity ones on opposite corners of my frame, but then the thought of binding sorta scared it, if my frame was not 100% square would it put un-needed stress on the two actuators. So that's why I decided to go with one on each corner.

Yes doing a battery in a tongue box that I will make on the trailer, will also house my solar controller, water pump, and all my other electrical.

Semi finished! Got some work to do this offseason, buts it's coming together! And the cases, AWESOME! The three fit PERFECT in a row with the cooler on the opposite side.

Sub'd I'm just beginning to build out my truck and love the idea of an RTT, but didn't want it on the truck. Turns out I'm also just diving into the idea of an expedition trailer! HA

How much room do you have from the hub (where the adapter is mounted) to the arm. I just ordered 1.25" adapters and plan to run the 20" BBS wheels. They have almost a 6" backspacing.
