love the OME...best bang for the buck

ran OME since '06 and never had complaints really...swapped out the rear shocks because they limited my droop, but had the dakars on from '06 til i swap in these new ones...swapped the 886 coils in around 2010 maybe? and put the new shocks in up front 3/2012.

i was in need of new LCAs so i decided to get Total chaos lowers and do it right with a new set of icon coilovers while i'm redoing everything.

I love my OME setup too. I may want to try to get those 886s from you when I get my new front bumper if it and the winch I have bring the front down too much. Would you be willing to part with them?

what to do think the cost of those donahoe's would be if you got rid of them and what do you think the rebuild cost would be?

Long shot but if anyone is wanting to trade their white grill surround for my chrome one, let me know.

Yessir. The second time I painted my grill and prepped it well and was patient, it turned out perfect with the duplicolor

I used white plastidip on my super white tundra for the grill surround and front bumper. Up close the texture is off but the color is pretty damn close. From a few feet away it ain't even noticeable. Use their glossifier instead of clear if you want it shiny. Clear coat makes the plastidip unpeelable, unless that's what you want. Just a thought.

I'm thinking around 550 ish I might be able to negotiate a little lol, which would be the c/o's +brand new never been on a car /installed icon 650 #springs and brand new swaybar relocation kit.. According to icons website the rebuild is 125 each , I would suggest you contact down south motorsports and ask for a quote for a rebuild (they do great work! and may even be cheaper?) but if you do the math depending on tax or whatever I'd say that's a very fair deal seeing as icon coilovers are usually around 1100-1200 ish let me know what you think and hell I could probably lend a hand installing them if you'd like.

I found a YouTube video on how to rebuild coilovers like those. You might be able to rebuild them yourself and save even more.

That's the one, I didn't watch the whole thing, so I don't know if it's what you need to watch to do it, but I figure it's close.

Here's a pic of what I have , now I'm not certain they need to be rebuilt , I just recommend it. The lower heim / Johnny joints do need to be replaced !

Are the springs that are on them now also 650's? Don't think I need that heavy of springs.

That's a pretty good deal man if you are willing to part with them and throw in the unused extras. Looks like they are off your truck now. When were you thinking about getting rid of them?

I talked to toytec about the 650 springs, they will work fine with a bumper and winch and skid plates. But if you want a lighter or heavier spring they can change it for you.
