Glad it all worked out Brett and I think it was the right thing to do.

That said, I think I'd personally be a little hesitant to do something like that.
With the litigious society we live in today, I'd be worried someone would end up suing me for messing up their vehicle or something. You hear stories every winter about people pulling people out of ditches or something where the owner is actually present and requesting help but later ends up suing.

I guess maybe in your situation, a good samaritan could keep it anonymous?

 

It's rather pathetic that this even has to be brought up.

It didn't remotely cross my mind, nor will it the next time I decide to help somebody.

You should be getting a letter from my lawyer soon because you bent the retaining clip on my front passenger brake line.

 

I think I lost some paint on one of my shackles when you pulled me out of that snow bank on mosquito too. Litigation to follow.

 

Clearly, this is the problem you've been experiencing with your brakes! You've solved it, it's all my fault! That bent retaining clip could result in a serious accident you know.

You sure that kinetic strap didn't also cause some whiplash? Has there been any times in the last month and a half since that incident that you've experienced a sore neck?



I'm sure there's more people on here I've affected? Anyone else care to speak up?

You better hurry up though becuase my truck is the most valuable thing I own

Here's some pics from Eagle Rock, I didn't really take any because I was messing with the GoPro (Ill get that video up later). These are all pics some other people took. Was good seeing some old faces and some new ones!

Eagle rock got pretty washed out. I had to goose it up a few things and banged my underside a lot. We did get the open/open runner and cruiser up everything though.


































And of course I had to get a pic of poor ebbs having to ride in the back about 30 miles down a highway and down bumpy dirt roads

That trail looks like fun, I would be down if another run there materializes.

for the record... I wasn't hate'n on your rig... I forgot you had a winch, and was sure that you wouldn't have been able to tow me up the hill...

and actually your truck rode pretty well on the trail, only once or twice did my tail bone feel like it was going to be shoved through your bed. LOL
