Just got back from my deployment and noticed this. Truck didn’t sit, buddy drove it, weird discoloring and fading of my off road card on the visor. Anyone else’s doing this? Disappointing for a one year old truck. First world problems but still.

Is the card that color or the plastic window on the visor? Maybe someone got murdered in your truck and they meticulously cleaned every mm but somehow forgot the visor...

Visor flipped up. Sun baked the card. Melted the ink off possibly.

That's a sunburn. Try aloe or mustard, should clear it right up in a day or two.

I'm guessing the visor was flipped the majority of the time.

That doesn't look like it's part of the truck off the factory. At least, mine doesn't have that.

You seem pretty giving to allow someone else to drive your truck while you were gone. Not sure how it works in each State, but here, if someone borrows your vehicle and gets in an accident, insurance follows the vehicle. Not the driver.

My parents let a friend drive their car, she wrecked it resulting in a giant claim, parents were dropped by Pemco. Kind of a giant pain. They were also given way less than what it cost to replace the vehicle. The entire thing made it a difficult situation between them. So... Moral of the story, I don't lend my vehicles to anyone, for any reason.

That's where my transfer case card is located.

Looks like, based on the horizontal line, the visor was flipped all the way forward for a long time and the card reacted to direct sunlight.
