I live in New Braunfels and my neighborhood has private access to the Comal river and Guadalupe (they meet at the end of my street). Wanted to see if any are interested in a float and grilling out. I have a big side yard and could easily park 10 trucks and parking lot 2 doors down could fit another 6 and then the street. I have 12 tubes maybe a few more if I repair.
No particular date yet. Just wanted to see if any are interested.....then we can firm up plans....

    Adios

    Ha! More is better!!!!

Thought I would mention that kids are more than welcome...….I have a few extra kid-size life vests and a couple tubes with bottoms for kids (or kegs Toyotaco Turner).

That evening we can also head to Krauses Café for live music and 20+ beers on tap!!!!!!

Nah, they want to save the environment by ruining the economy.... for real though. Double check the rules online because they do not allow coolers over 16 qts either. No plastic bags or water bottles either. Tupperware, 5G Sports jug cooler, and kegs are okay though.

Well at least they aren't fighting against fun, just litter... which I can get behind. I always floated responsibly in regards to litter but more often then not those around me couldn't care any less about litter.

Yep. I dive the Comal in October to help clean up the bottom and its incredible the amount of trash we pull out of there....cans galore, summer dresses, swim suits, cash, hats and sunglasses are the norm...….
