Combo lights for trailer wiring harness?

This isn't about towing, but I have a 1Up SuperDuty bicycle rack for my Taco to haul our bikes. As with hauling most bikes, the taillights/rear turn signals are virtually blocked now by the bikes.

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a combo light kit I can plug into the factory trailer wiring harness? By combo light, I mean at least brake lights and turn signals. I will figure out a way to mount it to the 1Up rack for use when carrying the bikes, that's the only time I plan to use it.

I understand this is not strictly necessary, but considering that the general driving public has their head either in the phone or up their ass, I'd like to be a bit more proactive/cautious and give them less reason to rear-end me.

Yes it does. I was kind of hoping someone might have a recommendation on a set they've used and are happy with, but I suppose for the price I can just try one out. Thank you!
