@Brussell18 I'll have yours ship up whenever we get another decent pallet coming up since you're waiting on your bumper anyhow. And @alphabravo yours is ready to go as well I believe, give Rod a call and see if he needs anything from you further. Thanks guys!

Lets hear some first impressions, what do you guys notice thats unique about these? Without it installed you can still have an idea of the build quality.

first impressions. they look really clean and well built. the powder coat is sweet.

I like that the cross bars are not simply round bar stock but sort of like smooth angle material to save space, not sure if machined or extruded or forged.

the housings are also heavy custom shapes not just some schedule tubing. it looks like the whole thing was probably designed in a cad system.

of course the aircraft synthetic cable is sweet. i avoided getting a winch for many years because of the dangers and aggravations of wire rope.

the eyes in the rope and the hook are fine i suppose. i might upgrade once i get it all installed.

Make sure not to forget to clock the t-handle to where you need it, mines rotated 90 to point forward.

Is it bad that I've had it for 3 days and haven't even opened the box? :p it's been getting colder here in IL and I've used the hoodie a couple times though haha.

I've managed to make my ComeUp come apart. tried to 're-clock' the clutch, did not go so well, I've put it away and having a beer.

After a struggle in which the clutch handle case (gearbox) with gears slid off the shaft and onto the floor, and I tried putting it back on, I finally pulled off one set of gears and re-set them into the gearbox, then slid the box back over the shaft and rattled& rotated the gear box until the gears meshed up, finally got it to where the six screws would slide into the gearbox support rack, but not catch threads. at this time I figured out I needed to snip the tie holding the rope eye so that the drum could rotate, and i was then able to put the clutch handle in the 90* forward position, and the six screws were then thread into tight in the support case.
The clutch handle is not seating like it should. it rotates from engaged to un-engaged, but does not seat down like it should. This makes me think that all is not well in the gear case.
