I'm a new ComeUp owner. I undid the bolts on the clutch thinking I could 'clock' the clutch 90*, to fit the bumper. I have not been able to replace the bolts, and in fact the clutch segment is now apart from the main case by an inch or more in my effort to try and line up the gasket holes with the case holes and put in the bolts.
I've set it aside and am now having a pint of St Archer Triple IPA.
Any ideas how to put back together? suggestions, step by step how to fix? the brief 'manual' suggested this is straight forward

    Thanx!
I did eventually get the gear case bolted in place, but not without removing the case from the shaft, then replacing the one set of ring gears in the case, and then sliding that onto the shaft and with much wiggling got gears to mesh and case to snuggle up to the gear case support block and bolts threaded in. And clutch handle now clocked forward. BUT, clutch handle now has gap, see photo, which I suspect means gearimage.jpg s not put back right.

I suggest calling the Oregon office (503) 783-6142 and see what they say. I didn't need to clock the motor on mine so I do not have firsthand experience with it.

Spoke with Rod at TeamComeUp today and within a matter of minutes my self-inflicted problem was solved. ComeUp is a first rate product with great customer service to back it up, much appreciated!

    Too many to list now.
That they do my friend! Sorry I'm just seeing this! Glad you went that route though, otherwise you may not have known the depths of greatness that is Come Up's customer service. They've always been really helpful to deal with. Just so we all benefit from this experience, what was the solution to the problem?

The simple solution was that I needed to rotate the drum a bit more to permit the clutch pin to fall in place.

It's that time of year! It doesn't take much to get yourself stuck in the snow and you want to be prepared to get yourself out with a winch from ComeUp. Just in time for the holidays, get your truck a Christmas present and get a ComeUp winch installed so you can keep going no matter what the conditions. Photo Credit: Seth Jacobsen -Adventure Driven. Where are you guys mounting the remote power/contactor unit? It think I have enough room to find a home for it inside the plate bumper if that's ok. The unit has slots on the back and a foot bracket.

Also I'd like to see anybody's circuit breaker setup. It looks like the 9 series needs a 190A breaker.
