First, to access your instrument cluster, follow the Dash Take-Apart Instructions.
Once you have access to the back side of your instrument cluster, you will find (4) 194 bulbs. Simply swap out those bulbs with any 194 type you want.
I used Polarg B1 Hybrid 194 Xenon bulbs and I am very pleased with the results.
Before putting your dash all back together, I recommend testing the lights to make sure they work. Also, don't forget to hook the dimmer switch back up. Otherwise, the lights won't work at all.

I found a few colors that i think work on this mod they come in GREEN, WHITE, LIGHT BLUE, DARKER BLUE, UV BLACK LIGHT WLED, and AMBER they come in a verity or LED counts (1,4,5,6) and in the options of degrees. There is a good amount of options to chose so just check it of @ http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-...tion=DispPage&Page2Disp=/mini-wedge.html#wled There all together for the 4 and shipping is 14.74 for USPS - 1st Class Delivery... witch is no to bad...

If you do this mod plz post pix (08.... or if you no of cheaper but no E

Here is something kinda fun but i think falls under the comfort zone my buddy just thought of.. put a strobe light kit on top or some how coming out of your third brake light that way if you have any ass hole tail gaters tail'n you just turn that on for a sec hahah but im not reasonable if you do it and someone gets hurt.. but ya i thought it was on of them comfort this cuz i like to just cruz something and that ish pisses me off.. i think the kits are a bit over 20 bux but kinda a funny mod\..

They're not vehicle specific. You buy these things and install them in any vehicle. It's just a heater in a fabric sheet.

    Buy suspension seats.

I mean, most of the time you're inside your truck you're sitting down, right? Might as well get some comfy seats.

I know the OP mentioned comfort for ourselves AND our passengers, but this one is more for us as the "driver" of the vehicle. It's Tulsa recently the average temperature has been over 100F for the past few weeks, and I've learned that it's much more comfortable (and a LOT less expensive than an A/C recharge) to close the far passenger A/C vent. It cheep, easy, and helps tremendously, especially in the Double Cab. I guess I could have used the money I spent on darker tint last week to get the A/C recharged, but now when my fiancée complain's about my truck being "too hot" (with the closed vent "wink wink") we get to take her Rogue and save my gas! Talk about a win-win!
