Since you don't off road much and aren't doing emergency response in bad weather, get the white. Super clean look.

While I’m not a direct rep for DD, there has been zero mention of that. They’re targeting these at the OEM+ crowd and Pro/Max begins to skew that idea.

Even though I have maxxx in my tundra right now, I do love the look of these and would fit the OEM+ direction of that build. So anyone in the market for some maxxx in white fog, hit me up once these release.

Im new to the diode fog light works. I see that the Elites have less output than the various SS3s. So what’s the perk of these? Trying to figure it out.

I think the main thing is the aesthetics of the light itself. Rather than an offroad style pod adapted to fit into the fog light location, this is just a full OEM style replacement and appears as such, just with way more output. The less output than the ss3 sport I imagine is negligible enough that you wouldn't notice a difference to the naked eye. Plus as you can see in the above pictures the beam pattern is a lot sharper/tighter, though I'm not sure what difference that translates to when mounted on a vehicle.

The takeaway is that it is infinitely better than the lackluster OEM fog lights that it replaces.

Yeah that too, but he did raise a good question. If in the market for a fog replacement, why pick the elite over the ss3 sport when they're essentially the same price and output? That's where I think the look of the light itself comes into play, and why I am strongly considering selling my white ss3 max for some of the yellow elites.

I appreciate the feedback. I have a 22 OR coming next week, and I’m slowly making updates. I’m completely new to taco world, but slowly learning. I think these Elites would be more than enough for me needs, which are really aesthetics.

Agreed. I’m definitely Torn on color. I love how yellow looks but part of me thinks it’s a bit of a fad. My raptor lights are smoke white, so this would be the only yellow In there.

It's like Colton mentioned above, do you think you'll really need them in regularly shitty weather? If so then the yellow is worth it for their performance aspects. If not, then it's really just a preference for color.
