SSM utility 19

Evening, I have a 19 SR utility, no rear opening window- wondering if anyone has put command Velcro hooks on the utility panel to hold backpacks and Similar.. I have seen the molle panels options and would rather keep my back panel stock. Have seen the no damage labeled Command hooks and would like to not mark up the truck rear panel if possible.
Also, for my ARE MX topper.. with the factory carpeted headliner- looking for recommendations if anyone has used command Velcro hooks or other simple options to hold a hat and or paper towel roll from the topper ceiling.
