    I have heard that on Scions there is a simple performance ECU flash that can be done to have a moderate increase in performance through timing alternation etc.
    Does something like this exist for Prerunner V6 Tacos too??

    Yes, there is. The automatic transmission trucks benefit from it a lot more.
