Compact LED Pods/Lights as Fogs

So, Im looking to get a pair of LED light pods to install in my aftermarket plate bumper in place where the fogs would be. Cant afford the price tag of the RI Dually's, so I was looking at other options.

Any thoughts or feedback on some of these?

Check out Whelen, Sound off signal. they have 4 inch lights that will do what you are looking for. Pricing should be less than what you're looking at now. hope this helps , Also check out sirennet.com for comparison and pricing..

 

Check out ADVmonster lights. I have been running them on my motorcycle for years. Lots of guys are now running them on their truck. Unbreakable and insanely bright. cheap too.

x2, i love these lights for how small they are. Insane bright for 4 leds.

top 2 and bottom 2 lights compared to hid projectors and hid hellas. They will suprise u for sure.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I considered the ADVmonsters, but they would be overkill acting as fogs as they would overpower my headlights.

The blitzpro 3lr will fit the bill for daytime running fog light. It isnt blinding bright but good enough. I use them to supplement my front headlights

The 900 lumens on the 2nd link is decent... not stellar, but it's light where there was none before.

What concerns me is the pattern is described as "Flood (fog)"... Flood and fog aren't the same. A fog pattern is like a headlight pattern but with a much lower cutoff... it's a band across the near-field.

I guess a flood would be okay aimed down, but I'd be worried about the pattern not being wide enough.
But hell... for $40, you could put another pair on and angle them outward to illuminate the ditch and deer.
