Drago Gear. Bought a backpack that I use everyday. Ripped at the top. Sent them an email and a picture they responded immediately and said it was a design flaw, that they’ve since fixed it and overnighted me a brand new one. Tip top.

@Pelfreybilt have some of the nicest customer service people. Mike their is super nice and writes personal thank you for every order. Still waiting for my sliders from them but I haven't heard anything but great things about their company and employees.
Bushwacker was also really easy and nice to deal with helped with fixing problems I created by wrongly installing.

benelli shotguns.... I have a SBE1 that has THOUSANDS of rounds down the pipe. It has been to the bottom of the bay once, and I had to get my buddy to dive down in a drysuit and get it back, I literally have beat the hell out of this gun. Well 2 years ago it quit cycling. I called the warranty department and they gave me a service number and told me to ship it in... They literally overhauled the entire action, all new springs and pins. New bolt etc. They thanked me for choosing benelli, sent me a hat, and didn't charge for shipping it home. All free. I went the next day and bought a new SBE2. I will be a customer for life.

Mike at O.R.W. was FANTASTIC when I ordered my Icon stuff. We talked on Facebook Messenger and it was like talking to a buddy! You could tell he wasn't just a parts pusher and that he wanted to get you the best deal possible. He was a stand up guy and I will be dealing with him in the future for sure!

I had an issue with a set of Alpinestars race boots. I never got a response from Astars so I contacted STG. They contacted Alpinestars and had two options for sorting my issues within the same day. They then offered free shipping on their dime back to the mfg’r. Can’t say enough good stuff about STG at the moment. I have other reasons for giving them a good review but I think this one sums up everything without making a huge list.

Sweetwater.com. I was looking for an inexpensive set of headphones to use with my computer. They matched Amazon's price, and included a 2 year warranty. Delivery was prompt, even included a bag of candy. They apparently cater to serious music professionals, tho that isn't me. Worth checking out.

Second the Patagucci shout out. Have had some of their stuff for years, beat on, holes, etc. Some I wear almost daily. Wears like iron and product service is great. Expensive af, but watch for the annual sales and don't be picky about color, you'll be fine.

American Standard - That's why you don't see many parts at Home Depot. My washroom taps started to drip. One phone call & a picture = two new cartridges. They didn't care they were 10 years old.

Snap On - But then, I paid for that many times over.

Grado Labs. Fantastic headphones that last a long time. My brothers cables came out from the ear pieces (after 13+ years of abuse) and he was able to send them back for repairs. He has one of their cheapest models (<$100) and the fact that they were willing to fix them instead of pushing him to buy new ones says a lot.

Along those lines, LL Bean. This is an interesting listen:

    https://www.thisamericanlife.org/radio-archives/episode/591/get-your-moneys-worth?act=2#play

I've only done maybe one return since their stuff is generally well-made enough where it's not an issue.

A while back I ordered something from them and it took maybe two weeks to show up rather than the normal two days. I didn't think anything of it. I ended up with an email from LL Bean apologizing that the order took longer than it should have. They included a coupon for 30% off any order.

Adam's Polishes. Customer service that will blow you away. Doesn't hurt that their car care products are amazing, too. And they try to be American made whenever possible, too (which is for most of their products).

Benchmade knives are top notch too. They sent a replacement belt clip and a second style that rides deeper in the pocket for free. As everyone else has said, there is definitely something to the old "get what you pay for" in business.
