Is there a fuse to change?

How do I pop it off?

I'm trying to get it working, I like to not have a blank screen staring at me.

Also, I think the red leds in the cluster got to go; so i know my first mod..

    .
After you search the thread, if you don't want to try the solder job yourself, find an electronics repair shop, explain the problem to them and they can fix it.

Yeah OP .. in the 05s and 06s that's a pretty common problem, and a pretty easy one to fix.

Fix was simple and has worked for maybe 10K so far?

Soldering is a-OK with me. I have four irons, two guns and tons of tips. I fix PCB boards for appliances all the time, and own an eletrical repair company, so I should be fine.

Can't wait to change out the gauge LEDs..

    Thanks for the help guys!!
