Hi everyone. I'm new to all this lift kit stuff. I want to lift my 2016 dcsb Tacoma about 2-3 inches. I would like to keep the ride as close to stock as possible. I'm doing it because of the looks. I'm not doing any off roading or anything. I also want to know if I do this 2-3 in lift, what are the biggest tires I can run without rubbing. What brand lift kit should I get and about how much will it run me? Thanks in advance for any info!

Someone is going to come in here and say "use the search function" because honestly everyone of your questions can be answered that way.

If you lift max 3", you may be able to squeeze in 33s because you will not be off-roading, but you may get some rubbing when turning the steering wheel completely.

Once you lift, nothing will be as close to stock. I don't know how it rides, but go an see if you can get the TRD Pro suspension from a dealer or website. That kit was made for the tacoma, or you can get Bilstein 6112 kit from Headstrong Off-Road which is like the TRD Pro suspension. It can be anywhere from $800-$1400 depending on what you get.

Any lift kit will have good and bad reviews. Just know that once you go over 2" you made need new UCAs, that's another $400 at least.

There's a whole Tacoma world section on suspensions. Look in there for more info.
