Got mine done today as well. Same results as you, but now it's a TRUCK

And it will match up well with the 5100s at 1.75...

I got my leaf springs done a month or so ago on a 2010. They only did the leaf spring. No new shocks. I called customer service and they said it already had the new shocks.

I am looking to have mine done soon, for which I inquire, is there a long lag time between service contract acceptance and TSB completed? I ask because I think I'll be in hot water if it's not done by May 6.

And what should I look for or expect the most? I've got an '11 Sport DCLB V6 AT w/ JBL.

put a lil weight back there
I have tsb done & can be a lil rough as well when empty, but when I have my cap/topper installed(~200#); the ride is perfect.

In case anyone else is wondering, I spoke with my dealer on Tuesday, brought the truck in, parts were ordered Wednesday, parts arrived today and she should be all ready for me by 5pm today!

Not doing mine....Rides like a car but has the features of a truck...Win win..

IF I need harder suspension for carrying loads the Airbag systems give the best of both worlds. Inflate them when you need the support, deflate them for the soft rider empty.

Excellent. I will do this since I am getting a Snugtop XV installed next month on my 2011. With the additional height and the weight of the cap, this will be primo methinks.

yes it covers all models, you only get new shocks up to 2008 i believe, b/c most of all the newer trucks have the blue and yellow bilstein shocks. if it's a non TRD you get new shocks i'm pretty sure. I work at a dealer so I just had a repair order opened up and had mine ordered just b/c, and i got paid to do it.

I read the TSB and it says it only applies to Access Cab and Double Cab, not Regular Cab. Are you certain it applies to all models (apparently everyone who has posted here has Access or Double cab)?

Non-TRD trucks do not have Bilsteins but as part of the TSB, you would be upgraded to Bilsteins.
