Is that the same size diameter as the X-Runner rear sway bar? I'm assuming it's for a rear sway bar?

Sorry but the polly bushings are for the OE 5 lug front swaybar’s. From what I understand they are the same as the X-runner OE front bar.

If you're pretty sure they will fit a stock '14 5 lug four cylinder front swaybar, for $5 I'll take them. Please DM me your Paypal email and I'll send you the $$ and reply with my mailing address. Thanks!

Sorry but let me try to get this straight.
You have the X-runner Bilstein’s shocks (new or used) with the SOS lowering spring mounts/perch’s on the front? And 6 lug springs on the rear w/ a 1” block?
First Is the truck been aligned and did you loosen the upper A/control arms when you installed the front shocks & mounts? If you loosen the two top 17mm bolts you need to load the suspension before tightening the bolts w/ rubber bushings on the upper A arms. Polly bushings will rotate. With the truck setting on floor stands put the floor jack under the lower control arm and jack up the control arm until it just starts to lift off the floor stand. Then tighten up everything. This way the rubber bushings will not bind!

As for the truck it’s an access cab right? Need more info on it…

Are the rear springs two leaf springs with an overload spring or three leafs springs with an overload spring? How much weight in the bed? The 6 lug springs will lower from 1&1/4” to 1&1/2” or as little as 1” or as much as 2”. Then you added a one inch block? Many variables.

3 leaf pack with overload spring. Was told they are TRD pro 4x4 leafs with 60k miles. The front XR bilsteins are new from toyota with 1.5 sos drop perch. All Suspension parts where Torque under load. I did not put into consideration I have things in the bed. But do you think 4 tires and the old leafs would sag the rear that much?

Yes it's a 07 access cab. All stock other then 17" wheels and now lowering it.

Truck is scheduled for alignment on the 13th

My SR-5 Access cab w/ a metal cross toolbox (approx 75lbs) at the front of the bed. I have a 6 lug leafs w/ a 3/4” block on the right & a 1/2” block on the left. (Taco Lean).
We also have a regular cab and I’m using 6 lug leafs with a 2” block on the right & 1.75” block on the left. It should be the same rear ride hight when finished. Per the tape measure. The one block needs to get machine down 1/4”. I only have the rear springs in the regular cab now. I’m also on coilover’s on the front with DJM upper A arms on both. I need to change the front springs on both to the stock springs with the machined SOS mounts on the front shocks.
So how much stiffer is the front now with the SOS front mounts. The mount causes the springs to be stiffer because it’s not letting the bottom of the spring move. It’s in theory making the front springs shorter & stiffer. (coil bind, Google coil bind)

It's noticeably stiffer in both front and rear I'm looking into replacing the rear shocks but that will be a few miles down the road. The thing that's got me scratching my head is my passenger side is over a inch higher in the front but not in the rear. I thought it was the strut going bad from me having someone replace the lower a arm. so that's how I ended up lowering the front plus the 1" blocks in the rear. Thinking since I was installing 4x4 leafs anyways. But now im.startingbto think I need to look at the a arm install or will a alignment fix that? Don't know much about alignment other then after I'm done messing with front end components to get a alignment

I just picked up a set of 4x4 leafs to lower my 2wd. How do u know which side is the left or right? I don't see toyota part number on either leaf. And the guy i bought it from didn't remember which side was which.

Look at your stock leafs, the parking brake cable is attached to the outside, front part of the leafsprings. See how the bolt is “Treaded” in? Now look for the hole that’s treaded on the 6 lug leafs. Each spring will have the treaded hole. Just put the new leafs on the same way! The treaded hole to the front on the outside. Bingo…
Now you are going to need about an inch to 1.5” shorter blocks. The 6 lug leafs are stiffer too! But if you found a set of the recalled two leaf springs plus the overload leaf they are not as stiff.

    :hattip:

Thank you. Now I just have to clean them up, throw some paint on them and flip the axle pins. Ill see how it looks with my 4" blocks. I wanted to go lower. Lol

You'll be looking at about 5.5 inches of total drop in the rear. Should look fairly similar to this. This was on a 5 inch block.

God I hope you have the frame notched‼️ Otherwise…

I’m running 6 lug leafs w/ 1.75” & 2” blocks (Taco lean) and I’m still waiting for my fabricator to get time to weld in my notches and X-runner rear sway brackets to the rear diff. so I can soften up the rear shocks. God I hope it’s not too much rear sway for a reg. cab! Shorter lighter vehicles with stiffer rear springs don’t really need much rear sway as they rotate easier!
