    do you have a line-in port or a microphone port for your computer's audio system (check back of computer, usually it's a 1/8" mini stereo connection).. something as simple as windows voice/sound recorder should work, ..or i'm sure there's other more sophisticated audio recording s/w out there...

    Video Lan has the ability to record streaming it is a free download.

    a microphone on the microphone port, or i think if you can plug your device into a line-in port, ..i think you can record from that as well... open sound recorder, go to "edit" > "audio properties", ..there's a dropdown menu for choosing the recording source... hopefully that will work, ..otherwise you might try download.com (or similar s/w distro site) for some freeware that will do what you want..
