I have 4 sticks of laptop memory. Two are samsung brand and two are hynix brand. They are all 1GB PC2-5300 (DDR2 667MHz). These sticks were tested with no errors when they were pulled from the laptops they came from.

Anybody who wants them PM me and I'll wrap them up, toss them in a bubble package, and send them out to you. I'll say all or nothing since I'm gonna cover shipping (to the lower 48 states) and don't want to hassle with sending one stick of RAM one place and another stick to another place. If I get multiple PMs the first PM gets them just to be fair.

And it's my understanding that since the items are free I don't need pics (or a price, haha). If pics are needed I'll post some up soon.
    Thanks.

RAM is like a mid point between processor and hard drive. More RAM usually speeds up the computer. You could go to a site like crucial.com and they will scan your system to see which kind you need and your max amount.

    Thanks for the bump too!

No, RAM is specific to the motherboard, type of processor, etc...
Newer laptops use DDR3 memory, somewhat new laptops use DDR2, and older use DDR or SDRAM. Within each type of ram for example DDR2, there are different speeds. These run at a max of 667MHz. Some run at 800MHz and the newer junk (DDR3) runs at speeds upward of 1600MHz IIRC. It sounds complicated, but not too bad once you're around it for a bit.
