The "X" is a slightly larger/longer grip, and the "L" is a slightly longer frame. So you have a regular P365, P365X, and a P365XL (the best one!!!)

The XL looks like it’s significantly more difficult to carry from those dimensions.

I've had no issues with shorts and T-shirts, jeans, work clothes or anything. I'm 6'2" and 250lbs if that makes a difference. Fantastic gun though. Made me move away from Glocks and ride the Sig train now.

I’m a pretty lean dude at 6’ 185-190 ish and anything I would carry is gonna stick out. So, the slimmer/shorter the better. I don’t want any extra attention.

In that category of pistols I would probably go with the P365X, not a huge fan of the longer barrel on the XL, but I don't like the short grip of the standard, plus I would put an optic on it.
I personally carry a p320 Xcompact currently, I prefer to have a little more capacity and shootability vs concealing a little easier.

I'm 5'10...165lbs soaking wet and my P365XL is fine.

I'd also recommend going to a gun store and/or range and handling/shooting as many as possible.

I have the sig and it’s so smoll I like it since I have small hands.

My spouse has the G43x and I really like it too. You should consider that one if you have larger hands since the grip would be much comfortable. Just add some night sights and then you’re golden, pony boy.

If you go with the Shield, spend the extra bucks and get the 2.0 version. Much better trigger than the original Shield.

I have a sig p365 and love it. Shoots great (especially with the extended 12 round magazines). It is actually a lot of fun to shoot at the range. Not a just shoot here and there to train kinda gun. It’s also the smallest and most concealable of the guns you listed. I already had a Glock 19 so I was prioritizing concealability when I got the sig. I’m really happy with it.

I liked the sights on the hellcat better when I checked them out at my LGS but it felt blockier and didn’t fit my hand as well as the sig.

my buddy got a performance center shield plus and it is slightly more comfortable to shoot than my sig but considerably larger. the better shooting is due to the larger size in my fat hands.

Concealment is all about belt and holster (claw hooks make a HUGE difference) outside of some extreme.

I'm same specs as you and regularly conceal a full size Sig M17 w/ RDS and X300.

Hell of a lot easier than a P229.

    I do carry a 365SAS now though.

Try 'em and buy the one that you shoot best- and that you like. Of your choices I'd go 365 with a Wilson grip module or Shield Plus. I haven't tried a Hellcat yet so can't really comment on them but being made in Croatia doesn't factor into whether I'd buy one or not.

I ran 3,450 rounds through my Sig before it needed cleaning. That type of reliability sold me on it being my EDC. ❤️

It isnt. Barrel/slide generally isn't what bothers folks while carrying, grip is. XL shoots and feels better in the hand.

Of the stated choices, the Sig. A proper poll should include a "none of the above" choice, though.
