Surprising enough mine doesn't print either, but I make it a point to wear extra loose shirts just to be safe. And I also have a front pouch "thunder wear" and can use that with gym shorts and can't even tell I'm carrying.

Now i have no idea what it is like to carry a gun all the time since i live in the great state of New Jersey but i have to say that if i could i would carry my Walther PPQ M2 9mm because the gun feels awesome and it is the same size as most of the other 9mm's in this thread. The gun has a great trigger with one of the fastest resets i have ever felt.

Have you shot a Glock? I was one of those guys that would make fun of Glock owners, but I shot one and that's all it took. The trigger pull is so smooth and no hard spots, and the reset is nice as well. And not to mention the feel of them since they are well balanced, well I was hooked. I was thinking about the XDs in .45 acp but for the caliber and the size of my hands it wasn't for me.

I had a PPQ. It definitely had a short reset, and a nice trigger. I just couldn't get over the mag release and the high bore axis. To me the 9mm I had felt like a .40.

I have several Glocks and shoot G4G17 in USPSA and IDPA. I like the fact that you can use larger mags in smaller guns of the same caliber. I like how I can break it down to 33 parts and put it back together in a couple minutes (2). I like how there are a dozen different sights and trigger connectors available and hundreds of different combinations of connectors, trigger springs, striker springs etc...
Having said that my favorite pistol is the Caracal C.:crapstorm:. It has an awesome(untouched, stock) trigger, the lowest bore axis of any striker fired polymer pistol. Follow up shots are super quick. I can shoot it as well as my G17 with a short, crisp 1.9# trigger.

They changed the mag release for 2013 to a traditional release, which I agree is much better then the standard release that walther always used on the trigger housing. As for the high bore axis, the gun does have some kick for a 9mm.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
I have been web-stalking Caracals and Styers. No opportunity to handle either as of yet unfortunately. Couple large gun dealers near me, but always same old stuff behind the glass.

    I'd like to shoot a Steyr M9-A1.

That being said, no way in HELL would I trust my life to a Caracal. No way. No how. Fun to run in competition or plinking but no way in heck would I trust my life to one. Since this is a thread about concealed carry options I'll just submit my opinion on Caracal right there.

I don't carry it, but if I had to I would and would trust it 100%.It has seen over two cases of ammo. I should have taken the buy back , but I don't need the money and I really like the pistol. I used to shoot it in IDPA and did well with it, but since the recall it's just a novelty. I'm going to check out the Steyr M9-A1,since it's another Bubbit gun it has a low bore axis too.
What pistol has a lower bore axis than the Caracal's?

I'm glad you had good luck with yours in a target setting but I still wouldn't trust it just from the overall reliability and all the other issues surrounding Caracal. Too many trustworthy and long-track record firearms out there to take a risk like that.

Arsenal Strike One has a lower bore axis. One of the items that interested me most at this year's SHOT show. They've been produced for a while and will be imported into the US for the first time this year.
