Takes a second to rack it back and put one in the chamber. That one second could be your life. Mine stays loaded safety on ready to go.

Call me silly, but I would never post pics of where I hide my Glock on the internet.

Exactly. I carry appendix so that my gun always stays on my person in my truck.

I think it’s a good idea. Very crafty. It can also be used for other things as well. I always have my pistol on my person, but it can’t hurt to keep a second one in there:) or even other valuable that are hidden in plain sight.

Same. Mine stays on me unless I’m driving. Then it’s in the console like op. But I be damned if I’m gonna carry around a gun in my truck that isn’t ready to use. A split second changes everything

Damn guys. All I was doing was posting a creative solution for housing our pistols in our trucks was all, rather than flopping around in the glove box or exposed in a case. For the record. I don’t store my pistol here while not in transit. This was only meant for road trips with my family.
To reference whether or not it’s loaded, it’s currently not however on a roadtrip it would be.
Whatever the case may be, you all have very valid points that I wouldn’t discount.

Especially when this is both concealed and not locked. Some states on the coasts would have your ass for this one.

    4 run, 2 don't
    This.

Some states will recognize a CCW for other states IE Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, etc (I have mine for AZ as well as CA).

However, if you have one for any other state and come into CA, you're fucked.

CA doesn't recognize a CCW for other states.

Yeah I wouldn’t do that with little kids. They get into everything.

I use a v-line safe that is cabled to the passenger seat frame. I slide it under the passenger seat. Plenty of room for a pistol and spare mags. Don't take this the wrong way, but unsecured guns and kids do not mix. Kids find everything. Lock it up.

I like what you've done in your spare time. Nice pistola. You are good and legal vehicle carrying in that fashion, even fully loaded. Actually that the very definition of concealed carry (secret and hidden). Like others have already stated I prefer on body because I'm in control of it at all times. I'm licensed instructor. Obviously still disclose to LE when they are operating at that capacity..

Hey hey now let's not turn this into a glock bashing thread, lol... No seriously those M&P are sweet, but I had glocks way before they came out. Oh and nice trigger safety on those M&P though.. Gotcha there..

Seems almost all of us are extra touchy on TW lately must be corona crap, lol

This guy had a full up AK in his waistband and that one second interval is what got him.
