The setup does well for wheeling. I think SAS is a waste of money since the road manners can be really bad if the SAS link lengths are wrong. Correct suspension geometry need to be considered and paid attention to. There is a member on TW that did a SAS to his taco (he lives here in utah, havent met him). I have been told that He hates driving it on the freeway because it is "scary". This comes down to an incorrectly designed suspension.

I dont DD it anymore because I work from home and don't drive anywhere other than to the store or road trips. I use the truck as a truck and the setup is versatile. It's nice because everything bolts on (minus my rear SUA setup).

Chaos or Camburg. Also, be prepared to spend $5K for a front setup. Then you will have to decide on the rear options. All together, I have about $11K in Suspension.

Nice choice in fender liner template material. We do at least have some good beer here in Utah.....and the best trails! Nice build.

Damn man I just realized that after I go DMZ in the rear our trucks will be pretty similar. My front bumper is half fucked so it cant house a winch, but I plan to get the prinsu hopefully in the next few months. Love this truck for all the inspiration it gives.

Did you use ABS for this set too, what thickness? Any issues with the ABS? Looking at ABS and UHMW and ABS is about 1/6th the price of UHMW if it is working well.

    Update 2/26/18

Spent the weekend down in Moab. Its nice going in the off season. I think the cold drives away the visitors. We did some hiking and wheeling. Places we went.

    - Went out to chicken corners on friday night. By around 8pm, it was getting pretty snowy so we headed back to town.

    - Tried to go out to Top of the world. Made it nearly to the top but I decided I didn't want to risk damaging the truck on the last set of ledges. When the wife and I go out, it is usually by ourselves and the dogs. The top of the world trail is at least 40 miles away from any services. We will return when the snow melts.

    - Went out and explored Onion creek since it was on the way back from Top of the World.

From the pic below, I need to get my exhaust re-route done. I managed not to scrape it on this ledge, but it was close.

I just got my reroute done about a month or so ago. Def worth it man although with dirties I still scrape on my transfer skid, but I couldn't imagine rolling now being naked!

@concentric_killa so who are you on UTOR?! Now I’m curious! Sick rig! May need some pointers on how to work the fiberglass when cutting for the snorkel when mine gets here.
