    That rust is just starting and is easily treated with a good scrubbing down to clean metal followed by a 1X application of Woolwax, FluidFilm or Cosmoline. As stated above, that'll get you indefinite frame life in Arizona. Your biggest challenge will be finding a local shop in Arizona that even knows what this is. LOL.

    Should this truck be your proverbial cup of tea, maybe have it done in Ohio before you move it down south.

    As a University of Michigan Wolverine fan, the only thing I see potentially wrong with that truck (from the few pictures) is that it appears to be painted in colors similar to Ohio State.
    :rofl::rofl:

    TLDR - I need to express the inner math nerd in me in case TCO costs (Total Cost of Ownership costs) are a consideration for you. I suspect not.

    * 1 way flight from AZ - OH is going to be around $400 per person. Maybe you live in Ohio during the warm weather and flock to the south in Arizona in winter, like a migrating bird. LOL. So this is a variable. Let's ignore it.

    * 1X undercoating treatment before you start driving SW to Arizona at this time of year is going to be around $500 (4 hrs labor plus the material from the 55 gallon drum they have for jobs like this). Optional. Let's ignore it for now also.
    -----------
    * Gas costs for driving ~1800 miles from Ohio to Arizona is going to be around $400.

    * Depending on how you travel, figure in 2 nights on the way at a Comfort Inn for another $400. Maybe 3 nights. $600 including very modest meals along the way.

    <<< I love me a long road trip in solitude. Priceless. GPS Map Route Option = Avoid Freeways / Interstates. No better way to see the United States IMHO>>>>

    You are looking at as little as $1000 to relocate a truck from Ohio to Arizona. Ignoring differences in registration costs and trivial incidentals.

    My two cents. Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness.

    Not concerning and nothing more needs to be done if you stay in Arizona.

    Is a used Pro worth it though? You're likely paying a premium (over a TRD Off Road) for 4 year-old worn out suspension.

    im actually offended that someone would even remotely be worried by that amount of rust. i have seen (and i mean this truthfully) brand new vehicles on the lot where i live with more rust than that.

    Yeah but in the north vehicles rust out in 10 years. In states like FL and AZ they last multiple decades with no rust. My 2004 S2000 has zero rust anywhere on it.
