New Tacoma. I have a condensate drip on passenger side dripping cold water on Wife's foot, when accelerating or on slope... I thought this issue was solved years ago! Anyone else?

Check that the AC condensate drain is securely connected.

A/C drain may be stopped up too, if its connected then you can try and blow compressed air up the hose. If it is stopped up be carefull it can put out alot of water fast when you unclog it.

I briefly check the line and took it back to the dealership. They blew out the line cleaned everything up and it still drips. It only happens with outside air and drips only when turning or going uphill. Don't think it's the coil box drain something weird. Still drips and his back at the dealership.

Service department just called... It appears that the Evaporator Box is cracked, just enough so that when it is "outside air" is engaged, it builds enough pressure (I'm guessing) to leak slowly... Another week to get the part in and the loaner car thing again, but at least they've found the problem!
