condensation in fogs

    my truck didn't come with fogs, I added them with ones from ebay, perfect fit but the passenger side gets full of condensation, I'm wondering if its from the holes cut in the passenger side fender well which are directly in front of the fog light, do trucks that come with fogs from the factory have these holes cut in the fenderwell also? or is there something to block the water from hitting the fog light that is not on my truck?
