Failed to get any pics of this but I noticed condensation on my dash after a 3.5 hour drive with the air on (not even max a/c or max fan. It was almost like how the windshield fogs up sometimes when you have the air on but all the moisture was on the dash. Almost like how when a bottle sweats.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have always felt like my air made a lot of noise when in the max fan setting. Like a LOT of noise that doesn't always sound like it's coming from the vent. Wonder if something is loose or I'm just over thinking 3.5 hours of temp differential.

Are you running the cold air on defrost?

No it was set to just the main vents. I might have been one click in between the main and floor vents (still can't tell the point of that btw)

Your dealer is your best hope, unless you're willing to r&r it yourself

    Cheers!

It's a good thing. It means you can be assured that your a/c is properly charged.

Please don't make us explain the physics involved with cold air blowing on solids.

I know what it is, just asking if the cause is anything that should be concerning or if it was normal. I've never had condensation on the dash of any vehicle before.

I may have seen condensation once since I've had mine and I'm at 95*F & 100% humidity. It's happened to all the vehicles I've owned on a seldom occasion, but never a normal condition as in everyday type thing.

..."Like a LOT of noise that doesn't always sound like it's coming from the vent."..

As for your fan noise, open your glove box and take the cabin filter out and look in there, you'll see the fan. Check and make sure there's nothing trapped in there such as leaves or a dead geico.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!
