I'm curious how LEO's feel when pulling over a vehicle and run the license plate and/or drivers license and discover the driver has made their address confidential through the DMV. Obviously this is to protect the persons identity and personsal info based on their job description. Often times this can be done even if the person is not a LEO.

Can this be frustrating if the person being pulled over is not a LEO or is there some sort of forgiveness and understanding?

    Thanks.

I've only had this happen once. It wasn't an issue, person was polite and explained the deal with their DL. Issued a warning and went about their way-headlight out-.

Thanks. I'm curious how other LEOs would feel about this even if they've never dealt with it.
